What is J-W Series Non-Negative Pressure Water Supply System？

System Working Principle

(1) Bypass Direct Supply Mode When the municipal pipe network itself meets the water supply requirements, the equipment stays in a standby/shutdown state. The municipal water source supplies water directly to the user pipe network through a bypass pipeline or by flowing through the pumps.

(2) Automated Dynamic Boosting When the municipal pipe network undergoes underpressure (requiring pressure boosting), the equipment starts automatically. It applies VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) speed regulation to relay and boost pressure on top of the original municipal water pressure. Since it boosts pressure based on the "fill in whatever is missing" principle, it satisfies the user's constant pressure water supply demand within the flow range while achieving high-efficiency and energy-saving operation.

(3) Continuous & Intermittent Operation Options The control system can be set to continuous operation mode (no shutdown) or on-site intermittent operation mode (auto start-stop). If the equipment requires intermittent operation, a matching pressure tank should be selected during model selection. During low-flow periods at night when the tap water pipe pressure cannot meet requirements, the pressure tank stores and releases energy, preventing the pumps from starting and stopping frequently.

(4) Low-Pressure Protection (Anti-Suction) To prevent excessive suction, the equipment features a low-pressure protection function. When the municipal water source pressure is too low (and further suction is not permitted), the equipment will automatically shut down after a confirmed delay.
