What is JJC-S Diesel Engine Double Suction Pump？
TheJJC-S Diesel Engine Double Suction Pump is an energy-efficient horizontal split-case pump designed for pumping clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. By modifying the internal structure and materials according to client specifications, it can also be customized to handle sandy water or highly corrosive liquids.
Applications:
Widely suitable for factories, mines, municipal water supply and drainage, power stations, agricultural irrigation, and various water conservancy projects.
1. General Design & FeaturesSplit-Case Maintenance: The suction and discharge ports are located below the pump center shaft line in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the shaft line. Maintenance and inspection can be performed without dismantling the inlet/outlet piping or the motor. Rotation Direction: Viewed from the drive side, the pump rotates clockwise by default (counter-clockwise rotation is available upon request). Drive Options: Driven directly by an electric motor via a flexible coupling, or driven by an internal combustion engine when required. 2. Main Components & Mechanical DetailsMajor Components: Includes pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double-suction wearing rings, shaft sleeves, and related hardware. Working Chamber & Connections: The pump casing and cover form the impeller’s working chamber. Tapped gauge ports are provided on the suction and discharge flanges for installing vacuum and pressure gauges, and drain ports are located at the bottom of the flanges. Impeller Assembly & Balance: The dynamically and statically balanced impeller is fixed on the shaft using shaft sleeves and locknuts. Its axial position can be adjusted via the shaft sleeve nuts. Bearings & Lubrication: Supported by two single-row radial ball bearings installed inside bearing housings at both ends of the pump casing, lubricated with grease. Seal & Wearing Rings: Double-suction wearing rings reduce water leakage from the pressure chamber back into the suction chamber. Soft packing seal is used by default, with mechanical seal options available upon request.  |
