What is TD Vertical In-Line Centrifugal Pump？

The TD series is a heavy-duty single stage centrifugal pump engineered for efficient liquid circulation in industrial pipelines. Built as a high-performance centrifugal single stage pump, this vertical in-line unit incorporates a standard IEC motor and a precision mechanical seal for exceptional operational reliability. In industrial heating and HVAC systems, it frequently serves as a high-temperature circulator pump for boiler loops, handling clean, non-aggressive fluids with minimal wear.

Unlike conventional designs, this single stage centrifugal pump utilizes a top pull-out structure, permitting fast internal maintenance without disrupting connected pipework. For larger models (TD125 and TD150), both extended shaft and easy-dismantle options are available, while TD200 and above feature an easy-dismantle mechanism that allows mechanical seal replacement without removing the motor. Whether specified as a primary system pump or as a dedicated circulator pump for boiler feeds, this centrifugal single stage pump ensures continuous, trouble-free operation.

Maximum Working Pressure: Standard construction handles up to 12 bar (PN12); reinforced option supports up to 16 bar (PN16).
